Jens Völkel
Senior Management Consultant
Jens Völkel (born in 1974) graduated in 2002 in economics and business administration at the University of Münster with the focus on Controlling, Accounting, Business Process Analysis and Project Management. Since 2003 he worked in this environment in the telecommunication industry for Vodafone, freent and AOL. Responsible for the Controlling department he contributed to the success of blau mobilfunk GmbH for several years, before he joined the prioeins management consultants team in March 2011.
Jens Völkel is unmarried and spends his freetime on sports and travelling.

Daniel Kuenkel
Management Consultant
Daniel Kuenkel (born in 1979) graduated in International Business at the University of Applied Sciences Bremen after finishing a commercial apprenticeship. After several job experiences in Germany and abroad Daniel Kuenkel focused on CRM, Online-Marketing (Social Media; Affiliate and Email) as well as Business-Case calculation and venture capital financing.
Daniel Kuenkel supports the prioeins management consultants gmbh as a consultant since July 2010.
Daniel Kuenkel spends his freetime with his family and distributes the rest of his time on snowboarding, foosball and concerts.

Gunnar Ott
Senior Management Consultant
Gunnar Ott (born in 1978) is working in the consultancy environment since 2003. After his bank apprenticeship, followed by a degree in business administration he worked for small and midsize enterprises in areas like business development, business administration and finance. Further key compentencies are project management and customer relationship management. Gunnar Ott joined the team of the prioeins management consultants gmbh in February 2011.
Beside work he likes sporty activities and competes in triathlons. His family and friends support him with this time-consuming hobby – even though time for his wife becomes sometimes short.

Thomas Haindl
Advisory Board and Senior Management Consultant
Thomas Haindl (born in 1946) has an MSc in Computer Science (studies at the Berlin Technical University from 1972 to 1978). He has been active in IT consultancy since 1980 and his main focus is in the configuration and optimisation of all IT areas, managing large IT projects and coaching IT employees. In his 28 years of freelance work he has managed a wide variety of projects.
His freelance activities were temporarily put on hold by various line management positions such as Quality Control Manager at a consulting firm and Head of Consulting & Software Management Department of a data processing company. His professional experience is primarily in the banking sector and telecommunications. When prioeins management consultants gmbh was founded he took over the position of advisor and is still available on the market as an IT consultant.
Thomas is married with two children. In his freetime he likes listening to opera, riding his Harley through northern Germany and is interested in northern German painting.
Christoph Knacke
Senior Management Consultant
Christoph Knacke (born in 1966) is an entrepreneur and a consultant focused on General Management in international settings. After his export management training, he obtained a degree (Dipl.Kaufmann) in International Management from Hochschule Bremen - University of Applied Sciences in Germany, as well as a degree in Technology and Intercultural Management from Grenoble School of Management in France. After 8 years in various management positions at a global automotive supplier, he has put his focus for the last 5 years on Business Restructuring and Interim Management. Christoph has more than 15 years of experience in international situations, specifically in the implementation of international growth strategies in challenging business settings. He is trilingual in German, English and French.
Christoph Knacke is a co-operative partner of prioeins management consultants gmbh and provides the company with his skills in national as well as international projects.
Christoph Knacke is married and has two children. He spends most of his free time with his family in the mountains, the forest or simply in the garden. If time allows, he likes to play field hockey or basketball.

Stephan Brandt
Senior Management Consultant
Stephan Brandt (Jg. 1969) ist seit seinem Abschluss zum Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur im Jahr 1996 in der Beratung tätig. In dieser Zeit war Stephan Brandt für namhafte Beratungshäuser als Management Consultant im Einsatz, zunächst angestellt, ab 2003 in selbständiger Funktion. Die Schwerpunkte von Stephan Brandt liegen in den Bereichen Intralogistik und Supply Chain Management. Herr Brandt ist neben Herrn Schuster Gründungsgesellschafter der prioeins management consultants gmbh.
Stephan Brandt ist verheiratet. Als ambitionierter Freizeitsportler geht er gern laufen und fährt im Winter Ski. Gemeinsam mit Thomas Schuster nimmt er auch dieses Jahr wieder in Hamburg am 100 km Jedermann-Rennen teil, auf das er sich mit seinem Rennrad intensiv vorbereitet. Mit seiner Frau besucht Stephan Brandt gern die Metropolen dieser Welt.
